What is Jazz Fit?
A little over a month ago, Jibe was privileged to work together with MountainStar Medical Group and the Utah Jazz to promote their Jazz Fit Program. Filming for Jazz Fit took place on the Jazz court (yes, we managed to shoot a free throw or two during set up) and our star on camera was the talented and gracious Gail Miller, owner of the Jazz. Gail was the perfect spokesperson for the spot, having lost her husband Larry Miller to complications from type II diabetes. She even mentioned during the shoot that one doctor had estimated that Larry had robbed himself of 20 years by not taking better care of himself. It was both a sobering and inspiring project.
Jazz Fit is promoting the fact that, as of January 1st, preventative exams and healthcare screenings with a physician are now 100% covered, as a result of government healthcare reform that started in 2011. If you’d like more information, you can click here.
